Job Description
• Manage and grow HRStop’s presence across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content including posts, captions, and basic creatives
• Work with the internal team to understand product updates and convert them into simple and engaging marketing content
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement to maintain active communication with the HRStop community
• Research social media trends, HR tech topics, and competitor content to identify new ideas and formats
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth and share periodic updates
