Job Description

This is a Work from Office profile.

We are looking to hire a team player who understands software development and wants to be a part of a successful startup.

Job Responsibilities/ KRAs

  1. Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels
  2. Coordinate interview schedules and act as a point of contact for candidates
  3. Support the recruitment process from sourcing to offer coordination
  4. Assist with daily HR operations, records, and documentation
  5. Support onboarding formalities and employee engagement initiatives
  6. Assist in organizing and executing campus recruitment drives
  7. Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required

    Interview Process

    1. Online Registration

    2. Online Assessment – Cognitive & Analytical Evaluation
      Duration: ~50 minutes | Mode: Self-proctored, AI-evaluated
      This assessment link is automatically sent once registration is completed.
    3. Online Assignment – HR Practice Lab
      Duration: ~2-3 hours (to be completed within a 2-day window)
      Sent to candidates who successfully complete both assessments.
    4. Telephonic / Video Discussion
    5. Video / In-person Interview
      Includes a short written exercise, domain discussion, and HR interaction.
