Job Description
This is a Work from Office profile.
We are looking to hire a team player who understands software development and wants to be a part of a successful startup.
Job Responsibilities/ KRAs
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels
- Coordinate interview schedules and act as a point of contact for candidates
- Support the recruitment process from sourcing to offer coordination
- Assist with daily HR operations, records, and documentation
- Support onboarding formalities and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in organizing and executing campus recruitment drives
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required
