Job Description
This is a Work from Office profile.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a client-facing HR support environment and is keen to build a career in HR technology and HR operations.
This role includes active client handling responsibilities. Candidates who enjoy problem-solving, client interaction, and structured HR processes will thrive in this role.
Job Responsibilities/ KRAs
- Client HR automation and onboarding support
- Centralized client employee data management on HRStop
- Payroll and statutory compliance coordination
- Client onboarding, adoption, and usage support
- Client training and process walkthroughs
- Client query and issue resolution
- HR process documentation and standardization
