Job Description

This is a Work from Office job.

Looking for dynamic Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience preferably with IT, HR/ Payroll Software, ERP products to lead our sales initiatives and contribute to our company’s growth.

  1. Selling our online HR/ Payroll software to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone, over the web or by email.
  2. Helping the clients to understand various product offerings and solutions available with business HRStop.com
  3. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  4. Proactive follow up with the clients.
  5. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining.
  6. Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
  7. Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.
  8. Mentor and provide guidance to the sales team, setting performance goals and driving team to achieve targets
  9. Coordinate with leadership on sales strategies and sales reports

Minimum Education (Any/ All)

  • BA English Honours
  • BSc Computer Science
  • B. Tech Computer Science
  • MBA

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English/ Hindi, with a neutral accent. 
  2. Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes. 
  3. Good Analytics/ Sale Aptitude
  4. Should be customer oriented. 
  5. Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress, and while facing an irate customer and managing back to back calls

Good to have:

  1. Any Indian regional language
  2. Urdu/ Arabic
